Our partner outfitter has been putting hunters on world-class moose for years. Your 5-day, 6-night, 1x1 guided experience includes all lodging at camp, three meals daily, expert guide services, Argo/6x6 ATV access into remote wilderness, and full field preparation of your animal.

Fly into Deer Lake Airport (YDF), rent a car, and drive 3.5 hours to camp — or drive from the US. Hunt dates available September 13 through October 10, 2026. License ($700 CDN) and travel not included. Option to add a black bear hunt and/or upgrade to float plane/helicopter access for more remote hunting.

100% of the net proceeds from this auction benefit Pass It On - Outdoor Mentors, a nonprofit that connects young people (10-22) with caring adult mentors through hunting and fishing experiences. When you win this hunt, you don't just get a bucket-list adventure — you help a young person discover mentorship, confidence, and the outdoors.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
- Any non-Canadian citizen hunting in Canada must be accompanied by a licensed Canadian guide — this hunt satisfies that requirement fully.
- Winners are responsible for obtaining the non-resident Newfoundland moose license (~$700 CDN).
- Winners must obtain a Canadian firearm import permit (PAL/ATT process) — we will connect you with our partner outfitter for guidance on this process.
- Meat transport back to the US from Canada requires USDA inspection at the border.
- Passport required for all Canadian travel for non-Canadian citizens.

AUCTION TERMS:
- Winning bid is non-refundable once confirmed and date is locked with outfitter.
- Hunt is valid for 2026 season only — specific date window to be selected from available options at time of winning.
- Winner assumes all travel costs, licensing fees, and items listed as 'Not Included.'
- Pass It On - Outdoor Mentors is not responsible for acts of nature, weather delays, or circumstances beyond the outfitter's control.
- Winner will be connected directly with our partner outfitter for booking and logistics.
